Since we are talking OPKs.....
I have my FIRST apt. with the RE on Dec. 8. I have been temping and keeping track on fertility friend.
Should I (and Michelle I guess this question is for you) go out NOW and buy the Fertility Monitor? Or should I wait to see what the RE says? My FSH level was 12.5 so should I even bother with this?? What do you think??
TIA.

Re: Since we are talking OPKs.....
Well, Re's aren't the most knowledgeable when it comes to OPKS. They deal with bloodwork and u/s ...opks are commercial products and probably know less about them than all of us who use them.
You can have an elevated fsh level and definitely be ovulating Kara.
The way the monitor works is that you have to set it on the first five days of your cycle. Personally, I would purchase it. Even though I get bloodwork and sonos done just about every day, after cd10...I also use the fertility monitor and opks. I am interested in knowing what my body is doing and showing as it relates to bloodwork.
