Since your BM supply dips when you get your period...
Does the supply get better after your period??? This is my first PP AF I am not getting so much when I pump

It does go back to normal - just try to stick with your routine and add fenugreek and oatmeal to your diet.
Mine dips about 3 days pre-AF and usually goes back to normally about 3 days in.
It is frustrating! My stash takes a hit during AF!

Same here...and my freezer supply has to be used...leaving me with little since AF returned. But keep up and it will go back to normal.
