Sing You Home - Jodi Picoult (possible spoilers)
I'm about halfway through and I'm enjoying the book so far. I have not listened to the soundtrack at all yet. My only problem so far is that it all seems like a bit too many issues to shove into one book/story. But I guess it keeps it interesting.
I wanted to start a thread now, so after I finish the book, I can discuss it right away.

I was so not a fan of this book at all.
I think the main character took herself wasy too seriously and it complelty got on my nerves.

every single one of them was a hipocrite... every single one...
and for the first time ever, instead of focusing on the characters i found myself annoyed with the author... ive never done that before
ETA: this is the first book of hers that ive read

I usually love her books but I was disappointed with this one. I don't want to give too much away if the OP hasn't finished yet but I felt like it took awhile for anything to happen and then I felt like the ending was very rushed.
I also agree with the PP that said the characters were hypocrites. I did not like one of the characters!

I agree. This book was not my favorite by far and I look forward to her books.

I was annoyed at the main character, felt that the couple would not have gotten divorced straight away.

I finished it and I was not a fan at all. The main character was a mess and they never said what happened with Lucie and ummmm the good Christians are acting like that??? I think Jodi Picoult is a great author in the old days but her recent books havent been good at all. She is probably praying for another My Sisters Keeper...
