Sirloin steak
Can someone share their recipe for sirloin steak, please?
I went to the butcher today, bought 2 sirloin steaks... Apparently I have no idea what a sirloin steak even is, I ordered 2 -they are huge, and here I am $35 later.

I usually use sirloin for beef stirfry. Wow 35$ worth you must have a lot of meat!
