Sit & Stand stroller - More Q's (Trish or anyone else)
OK, Im seriously considering it and I read a few of the past threads on it and some reviews onlinebut I just want to recheck before I order one:
Trish, I hope you're reading this because I know you know definitely know. If anyone else knows the answers, please chime in...
1)The Joovy is the one that doesnt allow for the older child to use the jumpseat if the front is reclined, correct?
2) The Baby Trend one does allow for sitting if the front is reclined? And that's essentially the same one as One Step Ahead sells?
3) Are the hard to maneuver? Some of the one line reviews said they are.
4) Is the under basket hard to access?
5) Anyone have one with a parent cupholder? I saw they have a Baby Trend model with one but a review I read said it was chintzy, I was wondering if it's worth the extra $.
I found some really good prices on line but if I order it and its not what Im expecting, Im going to be annoyed with myself. Let me know if you know
Thanks!

1)The Joovy is the one that doesnt allow for the older child to use the jumpseat if the front is reclined, correct?
YES. It's a little shorter in length than the Baby Trend one or the one One Step Ahead makes (the one I have). Thus the jumpseat is blocked when the front is reclined.
2) The Baby Trend one does allow for sitting if the front is reclined? And that's essentially the same one as One Step Ahead sells?
YES, see above
3) Are the hard to maneuver? Some of the one line reviews said they are.
It's a little heavier when the infant seat is on it because its in the front, not closet to you when you steer. But I think your past the infant seat part, right? I have found it really easy to use and so much lighter than anything else I test drove.
4) Is the under basket hard to access?
No. It's a side access and I've been able to shove my large, double-sized diaper bag in there no problem.
5) Anyone have one with a parent cupholder? I saw they have a Baby Trend model with one but a review I read said it was chintzy, I was wondering if it's worth the extra $.
Mine did not come with a parent cup holder, so I have a cheesy attach-on cupholder I bought in BRU. However, I would have prefered the parent cup holder tray. I see the newer models now come with it. I've been looking to see if I can buy it separately, but so far no luck.

1)The Joovy is the one that doesnt allow for the older child to use the jumpseat if the front is reclined, correct?
Yes, if the front seat is reclined the older kid has to stand.
2) The Baby Trend one does allow for sitting if the front is reclined? And that's essentially the same one as One Step Ahead sells?
Yes, it's the same one as One Step Ahead, I just ordered and recieved it from One Step Ahead last month.
3) Are the hard to maneuver? Some of the one line reviews said they are.
It's harder than a single stroller, WAY easier than the duoglider, IMO.
4) Is the under basket hard to access?
I find the basket a bit of a PITA. It's under the front seat, but the sides are really stretchey elastic, so it's not impossible. I'm getting a backpack diaper bag to make it easier on myself.
5) Anyone have one with a parent cupholder? I saw they have a Baby Trend model with one but a review I read said it was chintzy, I was wondering if it's worth the extra $.
The one from One Step Ahead now comes with 2 cupholders on the top. And I think a little bin with a cover for keys or whatever, but I might be getting my strollers confused.
I totally love it and don't regret it at all.
