At what age did your baby start to sit up on their own?

About 7 months old - now at 8 months she is crawling EVERYWHERE and pulling herself up on EVERYTHING!!!

Claire started sitting up at 6 months. Now at 7 months she seems close to crawling although she hasnt gotten the hang of it just yet!

Kiera started around 5 months and had it mastered by 6 months.
Emily was the same. She didn't start crawling until nine months. She rolled everywhere before that.

I think Anthony started around 6 or 7 months.
Then he started crawling not long after and he was walking by the month of his birthday ( he started walking early in the month and his birthday is at the end of the month)

SO exciting!!! Its amazing how quickly it all happens... I feel like all of a sudden Logan is holding his head up on his own and now I am using the jumper because all he wants to do is stand!

Isn't it amazing? It all happens so fast. Kevin is 5.5 months and he can kind of sit up on his own - kind of tripod style though. He is trying really hard. You knew he wanted to because he kept trying to sit straight up in his bouncer and swing - it was so funny. He nose dives a lot now because he hasn't mastered balance so he goes to grab a toy and often face plants or tumbles to the sides.

No I was like that also. I think all kids do things at their own pace.... my nephew is 3 months older then my son. He sat up first and crawled first but he was crawling forever.... even when my son was already walking. Also my nephew started talking alot sooner then my son... he has just now started to "catch up" with other kids his age and talking.
