And I made Lobster Tail with Lobster Asparagus Risotto earlier for dinner:
It came out SO good. I was really proud of myself as I had never cooked any kind of lobster before

Thanks girls. Salumi was most certainly the inspiration. I totally copied the bread with evoo & sea salt and the warm green olives in citrus and half the meats/cheeses/jams etc came right off their menu lol
