Ok, dumb question here, I ordered DD 2 pairs (size 3 & size 4), but does the 3N mean narrow? Seems that they only have "N"s for the newborns/infants, does that mean narrow or newborn?

they have a new discount on there for 40% off and free shipping! limited sizes it appears though.
