skiing out west?
where would you choose?
anyone been to these locations?
jackson hole, wy
sun valley , id
anywhere in colorado
park city, ut
I am a good skier, but not an expert by any means so trails aren't all that important to me... i like to go for the scenery and the little ski villages

I lived in Boulder, CO for 2 winters
my fav is Breckenridge- cute village
Vale is too commerical
Beaver Creek is nice and family orinented
Crested Butte-middle of no where- but nice town
skiing out there is great- no ice and fresh soft powder- I want to go back this winter- it's so nice

I really liked Steamboat Springs CO
is my favorite - best ski school in the country and usually not that crowded because it is 4 hours from denver
can fly direct from NY on saturdays

So far I looked into Breckenridge for first week of March - and prices seem pretty reasonable

I love Steamboat - great mountain! We have been several times and flew right into Hayden airpport - very convienent.
LAke Tahoe is also amazing! Plus you can visit several mountains. Heavenly and Sqaw were my favorite.
