sleep or lack thereof
I have never had problems sleeping, not falling asleep, and not staying asleep
Since the middle of April, I have not had a solid nights sleep. I am awake usually between 2 & 3 am.
Around the same time, I started taking Allegra D and now Calritin D (not both). Is that whats causing it?
Any suggestions to get a good nights sleep?

wow the info in the link was scary, what about taking the regular claritin or allegra without the D that is for daytime and had ingredients so you don't get drowsy, i was on allegraD and had to take it in the morning only

anything D (claritin, allegra etc) will make u jittery and keep u awake (I learned the hard way.... just take regular claritin (NOT D) or bendryl at nite (even better)

Re: sleep or lack thereof
Ohhhhhh yeah, it's the -D stuff. If I take the 6-hour sudafed (old formula, same as the "D") I literally get high from it. It's like speed for me. And the Claritin- and Allegra-D are 24-hour formulas! Yuck. I hate that feeling.
I take regular claritin every day, every 24 hours (have terrible allergies) and it has absolutely no side effects on me.
