Sleep/Waking up question

DS has been a good sleeper...he sleeps about 11-12 hours per night...until this past week and half...he now goes to bed at 6:30 or 7 and is up at 5am! I am too tired....how can I make him sleep longer in his bed?? And I have already tried making the bedtime later...but he points up the stairs to tell us he is ready to go go bed!! And with the time change this weekend, I am really getting worried!!

Re: Sleep/Waking up question

I think it's probably just a phase and you kind of just have to ride it out. This happens to Thomas occasionally too.
