Sleeping Question
Of course the only two ways I sleep comfortably is on my stomach or my back. I am trying to get used to sleeping on my side but I always wake up in the middle of the night back on my stomach or my back. Any recommendations on how to make sleeping on my side more comfortable? Thanks

Re: Sleeping Question
Your body will not allow you to sleep in a position that is harmful. Chances are the reason you're waking is b/c your body wants you to move.

Re: Sleeping Question
Since you're in the beginning stages I recommend that you sleep however you feel comfortable...towards the end, when you're getting bigger it will hurt to sleep on your belly or your back...you'll have no choice but to sleep on your side...your body will adjust itself...and get the Snoogle...a lifesaver to me and I just love being wrapped up in it

Re: Sleeping Question
i agree with other posts. You should sleep how you want. I slept on my stomach, and even at 24 weeks still sometimes do - though roll off pretty quickly!

Re: Sleeping Question
Once you get the big belly, it will be impossible for you to sleep on your stomach!
I sleep with a pillow between my knees on one side or the other... somehow I make it through the night!!!
