Sleeping/Snoring

So the past few nights, my DH says that I have been snoring...well not really snoring but breathing really hard--and I have noticed that at night, my nose is really congestested and stuffy--is this just a symptom of pregnancy or should I take something. I felt so bad because he actually got up and went to sleep on the couch!! Oh, I am almost 19 weeks.

Thanks!

I just felt so bad...but I was too comfy to get out of the bed last night. We are in the middle of a bedroom renovation too...so our other bedrooms are not usable...I feel so bad that we have 3 beds in our house and we can only use one! Maybe I will try to compromise and sleep on the couch tonightChat Icon

Last week my DH said he dreamt he was in the wilderness and came across a wild animal (forget which one now) that began grunting and groaning and making all sorts of noises.

He woke up startled to find me snoring next to himChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

None of this surprises me. My grandmother used to snore so loud you would swear she was causing structural damage to the house... you could hear her from one side of the house to another.Chat Icon Sorry GramChat Icon

Re: Sleeping/Snoring

We use a humidifier at night now -- it helps you breathe better, helps withthe dry skin, and limits the nose bleeds..

I might have to get one of these!! If it helps with the nosebleeds, I am in for it! I have never in my life had so many nosebleeds on top of all the other changes! Thanks for the tip!! :)
