You'll be an expert in no time 
Like everyone said, every baby is different.
My DD drank nothing but BM (pumped) & she slept through the night at 8 wks (from 9-5am)
Then slowly her bedtime got earlier.
She's 7 months now & will sleep from 8pm-8am most weekends (weekdays I have to wake her at 6:30  to go to her nanny's house when I work).

I think that it really depends on the baby but Jacob started sleeping through the night without a night feeding at around 5 months.
