Sleepless nights?

Every night I'm waking around 3 and can not go back to sleep. I'm not uncomfortable or anything, just so much weighing on my mind. Anyone else feeling this?

Sleepless nights?

I was like this for awhile earlier in my pregnancy now at almost 39 weeks it's because I am uncomfortable.

Not being able to sleep is the worst feeling.

Sleepless nights?

Are you nervous about the baby? Work? Family stuff?

Yes! Every single night. It was the same with my last pregnancy too.

Same here. I got more sleep with a newborn at home than I do while pregnant.

Re: Sleepless nights?

Yes and it's awful. By the time I fall back asleep it 's time to get up for work. I started to go to bed later (11 or 12)and that helps bc at least I sleep through the night.

Sleepless nights?

I wouldn't say every night, but it happens often enough. Sometimes I wake up for no reason. Other times I'm hot, have to pee, hungry or even nauseous. But I can never fall back asleep. If DH is away for work, which is about 3-4 nights a week, I turn on the tv and that helps me get back to sleep because I stop thinking about things.

I am nervous about the baby and work. I will likely have to quit my job because they are not giving me the flexibility I need when I have a family, so now I'm worried about $$$$Chat Icon

Sleepless nights?

I sleep in 2 hour clips at the most these days - 31+ weeks. Between peeing and just not finding a comfortable position again, lol. I'm exhausted most days!
