Sliders/French Doors with Built-In Blinds...?

Anyone have them and do you love them?

Eventually, we'd like to replace our sliding doors in our living room b/c they're kinda old.

But here's my dilemma. Once my floors get sanded and stained........they will be a dark cherry color. Our front window in our living room already has dark wood cherry blinds.

If I put the slider in our living room (which faces the back yard) Is that going to look silly? With the white mini blinds inside? Will it not match? I most likely will keep the blinds up and open Alllll Day and just close them shut at night?

Any opinions? Also, If I replace the sliders without the blinds inside, we'd still have to spend a ton of money on some sort of blind to cover that big area and I know they are very expensive. No curtains.

I have Pella sliders in my family room with the blinds in the glass and I love them. The blinds inside aren't white though, they're silver, but you don't really notice the color anyway. The blinds are so tiny when they're open (not pullled up, just open) you don't really see them.

My SIL has sliders with the built in blinds with hardwood floors and they look beautiful. That is something I am really jealous of - some day I would love to get them!!
