This probably isn't what you want to hear but exercise and a balanced diet are the best ways to lose and keep off the weight. Diet pills can be bad news.

Before my son I took METBOLIFE
and with watching a little what you are eating
I lost 20 lbs. I kept it off for a long time until I was pregnant with my son
