Slow Cooker Gourmet Mixes...a little rave
When I was home in NY last time my Mom took me to the Christmas Tree Shop and I bought these Slow Cooker Gourmet Mixes, I made one a few weeks ago and I mad one last night called Sunday at Grandmas Pot Roast Mix...and it was amazing!!!
They are basically a bag of beans and seasoning mix and you add meat and liquid and veggies. I used Beef Shin with this one last night, and I soaked the beans overnight and boiled them for an hour as I never really like the way beans come out in my slow cooker. Anyway, they cost $2.99 and are WELL worth the money!!

LOVE that they are salt free!!! If the top to my slow cooker hadn't mysteriously cracked in a billion pieces in the pantry, I'd want to give these a try!
