slowcooker? no meat?
Is there a point? I don't really like meat. I'll eat a little if it's really well prepared, no fish or poultry.
My mom gave me one. What do I do with it? everything seems very heavy.

You can do soups or apple sauce. Make red sauce. There are some breakfast casseroles you can make.
I would think any sort of vege stew would be very mushy.
