Small 2 year old boy

DS has always been on the small side, he was born 8 weeks premature. I've been a bit worried about this lately. He's 23 months (21 adj, at two you stop adjusting though) and weighs 23 pounds and is only 31 inches. He's VERY active and isn't the best eater as of late, but he gets enough I think. He looks healthy, not skinny at all, even a bit chubby.

Anyone have a small boy? Did they catch up eventually?

My guy was huge the first 8 months. Born over 10 lbs and was over 20lbs at 4 months. Now at 22 months he is on the small end at only 25 lbs(seems to fluctuate between 24-25lbs) and 33 inches. He hasn't gained much weight in almost a year(which worries his doctor a bit). He has drastically dropped percentiles but still looks chubby with a big belly. He is progressing great in every other way though. He is just a little guy.

My DS gained rapidly in the first year and hasn't really gained much in a few months now. He hasn't lost weight, but hasn't gained either.

My son is a peanut. He's 2.5 and weights 22lbs...he is a painfully picky eater! My Dh and I are not big people and were below the curve for height and weight growing up so I guess it only makes sense our son is tiny!

DS 2 is 21 months and weighs 23 lbs 33" he is tall but small if that makes sense. He has always been in the 10% but he eats like a horse. I'm not concerned I'm sure he will stay tall and skinny for most of his life since ds1 is like that and DH is where they get it from.
I would say if he is healthy that's all that matters

My guy is small too, at 21 months, he was 32 inches and 24 pounds. He has a belly (that is going away) but otherwise looks normal! He has always been small, I think because he didn't get more than enough to eat for his first few months and lost a lot of weight then But he is gaining and growing, and the dr isn't worried. My son is really active too, and so he burns a lot of calories - I have herd that weight gains slows around now because of that. he doesn't eat a lot either. Your lol might just end up being small - my friend has a 4 year old who only weighs a few pounds more than my son!

my son only weighed 26 pounds and he was 36 inches at his 2 year visit - he's a tall string bean. some days his face looks chubbier than others but otherwise he can still wear 18-24 clothes now at 2 1/2 yrs old.

I don't remember what his stats were at 2 years old, but DS1 has always been small. Since about 12 months, he has consistently been around the 10th percentile for height and about 20th for weight. He's 4 now and still wears 3T. DS2 is only 7 months old, but seems to be following a similar growth curve.

DS was 8.6 at birth and gained 2 pounds every month until 4 months old. Then he leveled off. He is and has been a peanut since he was 18 months. At 3, he weighs 30 pounds and is 36 inches. He wears 2-3T on the top and 24 months/2T on the bottom. As long as he is growing, his dr said he is fine!

DS was 8lbs 2oz at birth but has been in the 10th percentile for height and weight since four months or so. He was less than 20 lbs at his first birthday.

At his three year check up he was 35 1/2 inches and 27 lbs.

Dh and i arent tall so im not expecting him to change percentiles.
