super-duper chunky (as stated on the label!!) is the BEST.

eating omega-3's right along with a good deal of peanuts sort of defeats the purpose.....
here's my logic:
after all, to get the benefits of omega 3's, not only do you need them, but you also must eat fewer omega 6's....
and peanut oil is loaded with omega 6's, if I recall correctly. It's all about the ratio of 3's to 6's. the american diet is super-saturated with omega 6's (something like 16X more than we need) and is defiicient in 3's, so we need to cut down on 6's big time.
