"smart casual" dress code???
i have a party at a resturant this sat at 5. The resturant website says the dress code is "smart casual". anyone know what that is??
i was planning on wearing a pair of dark blue citizen jeans. a black top with sequins around the neck, and black high heel boots.

thats fine. they just dont want ppl showing up in shorts , ripped jeans etc
