Smooth top ranges (Ceramic glass top)
If you own one, what type of pots do you use? My stove is a few weeks old and already has scratches on it....GRRRRRR!!! I know they have to be flat, but what type - steel, aluminum, etc. and the brand if you can remember. TIA.

Re: Smooth top ranges (Ceramic glass top)
I have the KitchenAid® Five-Ply 18/10 Stainless Steel Clad Cookware. LOVE the pots - HATE the stove. Cannot wait to gut the kitchen and get rid of the flat top.
Haven't had scratching issues but the water stains are a PITA to get out.

Re: Smooth top ranges (Ceramic glass top)
I have an electric smooth range with glass top and I have Circulalon 2 non-stick cookware and so far its an A+++. No scratches at all. There is only one worn mark that was there when we purchased the house.
