Re: Smoothie Recipes?

I usually use fat free/sugar free plain yogurt, strawberries, bananas, 1 packet of Splenda and a dash of vanilla extract plus a cup of ice. One of my friends freezes her fruit ahead of time so she doesn't have to add ice.

Oh good idea! Now this may be a dumb question, but how would you freeze a bananna? With skin or without?

I freeze my bananas already peeled. They turn brown a lot quicker if they are still in its skin. Besides, they will be so frozen, you wont be able to peel them.

Re: Smoothie Recipes?

Frozen strawberries (or 1/2 frozen, 1/2 fresh in the summer), 1 banana, splash of OJ, a bit of soy milk. If it's for dessert I'll throw in a few chocolate chips, too. Apple juice is good in smoothies, because it doesn't add any flavor.
