I couldn't get it to work on amazon either. But if you go to www.snowwhiteoffer.com you can print a $10 coupon to use in store. TRU has it starting tomorrow for $19.99, so with the coupon it's $9.99

it worked for me - i did the following:
go to amazon.com
search on snow white
pre-ordered snow white - added to my cart
logged into my amazon account
selected shipping address
was given option for promo code
entered it in
entered cc info (mine had changed)
done!
