(Snowboardgirl) Barilla Plus Penne - Enriched Multigrain Pasta
I came home from the gym tonight and I was starving. I had chicken to cook, so I made this pasta with sauce and little mozz cheese.
Christine, what do you think of this stuff?
I read the ingredients and it is low in sodium and sugar, abd pretty high in protein.
By the way I LOVE MY DAILY GREEK YOGURT with bananas and almonds. I look forward to it everyday!

I love pasta! But I don't eat much of it, or even get to cook that much at all(work tooooo late).
Sounds like the one you picked is good for after your workout. 
Make sure to eat very little to no fat after a workout.

Me too. I also like healthy harvest but only the spaghetti.
