So an old lady yelled at my not quite 1 year old yesterday
Joey was sitting in his carriage and I was on line waiting to pay for something and this cranky old woman was in front of me. Joey was babbling and giggling and then started to blow raspberries, not loud spit-filled ones, but little ones. This old woman turns around and said "Your a very naughty boy, your going to get people sick doing that, your mommy should teach you better"  Not in a joking tone but a very stern voice I was like "Lady are you kidding me? He's a baby, thats what babies do" She said "well I dont want his spit on me" I said "Lady your nuts he wasnt spitting he was making noises, and your not even close enough for him to spit on you so calm down already"
This lady went on for like 5 minutes asking the sales girl if she was wrong, asking other people in line if she was wrong, and you know what not one person agreed with her to which she said to everyone "You should all get swine flu then you'll see"

Nut job!!!!!!!!!!!! She probably looked like a lunatic to everyone. Passive aggressive on a 1 yo baby. Way to go woman!! Won't get much sympathy from anyone.
DS was never that close to anyone to spit on them.
Maybe your baby has POWER SPIT!

She had something to prove to the world and a major chip on her shoulder. Don't let it get to you, brush it off. I'm sure your DC was adorable, and this twisted old fart should have appreciated such cuteness.

If that was me, it would take my EVERYTHING not rip her a new one! I probably would though! I would certainly tell the old hag to turn her stinkin a$$ around and mind her own business....things like that make my blood BOILLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!
