So annoyed with Gap.com!
I ordered a dress and needed to spend another $10 to get free shipping and $15 off, so i added a shirt to my cart.... I get an email yesterday that my order shipped. Woohoo!
THEN I get an email from gap.com that my dress is not available in any color or size or in any store and that I would be refunded the cost, minus shipping and the discount.
SO I replied to cancel my whole order and refund everything, but I was told they couldn't because it already shipped.
ALL I WANTED WAS THIS DRESS, and I can't find a nice-fitting long black sundress ANYWHERE..... especially for under $50.
Now they're trying to charge me full price for the shirt (even though it was discounted) on my CC.
UGH!
ANDDDDD I still have no dress.

That s*cks and demonstrates very poor customer service (something I have been dealing with alot lately)
I would be fuming.
Write to corporate and send the shirt back the moment you get it.
