So apparently the only thing that makes me feel better...
is puking! 
i've been feeling sick all afternoon and i couldn't take it anymore so i puked and i feel much better and now i want chocolate

that sounds about right. It was the only thing that gave me relief but it only lasted a half hour or so! Feel better!

Yup I have the same thing. I get sick practically every morning and after I get sick I feel better for a couple of hours.
On the days I don't get sick first thing in the morning I feel nauseous and crappy all morning.

 Welcome to the cycle of m/s! You feel miserable until you puke and then you can go about your day. Even with hyperemisis at 27wks it's the same way. You'll get used to it after a week or so, but I hope this is just a 1st tri thing for you!
