So DH is going to the Mets game tonight...
He's a teacher in Highschool and they are taking students on a trip to shea stadium to see the game. He was asked to chaperone. He did this last year.
DS and I will be alone this evening. What should we do. I was thinking of sitting on the couch and watching the game while DS and I drink some Coronas...

Great night for a baseball game
have you brought matthew to one yet?
Yes we did... He went last year and will be going again this year on July 12th. It's so funny because last year the give away was a build-a-bear and now this year when I purchased the tickets I didn't even notice if it was a promotion day or not. It wasn't until after I got the tickets that I realized that the give away will be........A build a bear... So now he'll have 2. And i'm sure DH will be buying him souvenirs on top of that...

Aww that's nice. We used to have season tickets, I haven't gone to a game in ages.
I still have all my souvenirs from shea from when i was little. I swear i must have like at least 2 wood mini bats i begged for
So withthe build a bear, do you get a gc to build a bear? Or do you get an actual bear?

We got the actual bear...It's not big big but a decent size...
