so, do you remember my baptism cake drama?
well, after almost 2 months ... STILL no call back or contact from Black Forest Bakery. I filed with the BBB in mid-August and they have ignored the BBB's attempts to contact them as well. BBB just closed out the file and they are now rated F. GOOD!
DONT EVER USE BLACK FOREST BAKERY!

A coworker bought the boss a carrot cake for his birthday last year and it was MOLDY! no one here has gone back since.

I'm sorry they didn't get back to you but, I'm glad their rating now reflects the level of service they gave to you.
I am by no means a cake person but, I think I could've done a better job.
