so even if it snows.....do you realize??
barely any schools will close b/c of the nys math tests???? ugh....not that my district EVER closes or does dleays anyway...

I am so not risking my life driving the way I did that day in Jan during Regents week!
PS My district NEVER closes! Once we were the only ones open in Nassau County!

oh crap!!!! I FORGOT ABOUT THAT!!!! I teach 5th, so we don't take it until the end of the week. I was really hoping we might have a snow day. i am pregnant and at my wits end with my class and would love a snow day! 
didn't this happen with the ELA this year, too? i could have sworn it snowed badly one of the days.

We never adminster the math test on Monday. We always start on Tuesday.

lucky you....my class (third) starts tomorrow....so now i have to decide to brave it (despite being preg and fearing snow since rolling my car over last yr on black ice....) to be there for them or see if it stay home....

i dont think the test is going to matter!!! so many school are closed already! i think youll be pleasantly surprised

Actually just talked to our testing coordinator. It really is not that big of a deal because there are 3 extra days for make-ups! My district already called a snow day an hour ago.

Paterson can declare a state emergency and tests can be made up. There was a big storm during regents week in 2000 and they cencelled the regents even though NYC stayed open.
