So, fell off the diet wagon, over the holidays!!!

Until today, the horses pulling the wagon were too fast for me to get on again!!! But, I'm happy to say my diabetic checkup went well, and my cumulative blood sugar, although it reflected my holiday eating, wasn't bad. And today, I'm thrilled to say, my weight is coming down again!!!! And, now, before my next checkup, I want to lose more weight and surprise my Dr. He's such a nice Dr. and kinda makes me want to do the right thing, because he never criticizes, and is always compassionate. I heard a motto one time, that went something like this: Accept me as I am, so I can know what I can become". Mary
