SO has a child with another women.....

I know that my DH wants to have a baby....but I feel like he's in no rush because he has a daughter already. And he doesn't see the need to have BD so often because it will happen....since it happen right away when he was planning his first child.

I feel totally frustrated...I don't want to argue to BD (that's not how I picture myself conceiving my future baby). Since my DH works soo much he's tired most of the time and I keep missing my chance to try. Just ventng...does anyone else have this problem...how do you deal?

I can relate somewhat.

My DH has two children from a previous marriage and we have agreed that we will have 1 or 2 children. We also discussed starting TTC in Feb or March of 2007 -

I keep telling him that it might not happen right away and he always reminds me of how fertile he is since he has two kids already...but that may not be the case with me or that may not be the case with him anymore (God forbid)...but I feel that he minimizes the experience for me because he has been through it already.

I guess I should have expected that going into it, but it does frustrate me.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My DH was 26 when he had his daughter and now he'll be 34 this month...things are not the same. And doesn't he see that I've been off the pill since April and nothing yet...Chat Icon
