So I got a nice surprise last night
After my insult at the gym on Tuesday night, I went to another Zumba class last night. A girl was there who I haven't seen in about a month and she couldn't believe how much weight I lost... She said she noticed a huge difference. I said I did lose weight but nothing in my belly, and she told me I was crazy, that my belly absolutely went down.
So, that def. made me feel alittle bit better. I know it's hard to see a difference in yourself, but if others notice something after some time maybe it is going down a bit!

Where did you take zumba last night?
I belong to Synergy, so last night I went to the Farmingdale gym, and Tuesdays I go to the Massapequa gym.
