So i got my bloodtest results back ansd
My cholestrol is 218!  Now i have to figure what i can eat to bring it down, My thyroid is almost normal,But, Its still a 'Little" slow so they upped it to 112, But overall everything else is good, And that dam sty came back so now the DR. gave me so prescription eyedrops, Because if you saw me you would think someone hit me, But its because i'm red from rubbing it and it got infected alittle.

that's not too bad. You can certainly lower it. Some exercise and a change in diet should help. You are not far off from normal.

the # is based on a # of factors, I think you;re relatively young, so 218 is definitely too high, but it is defnitely workable, diet and excercise, cut back on carbs
