So, I guess Buddy is now the "chef" boss???
Saw him and an Uncle, cooking on TLC, preparing various seafood dishes today!!! Are they tapng him doing this, because of his hernia? Last night, on Cake Boss, he found out he had a hernia, needed it fixed, and would not be able to do heavy lifting for two weeks, so, is today's cooking show, his time off from lifting?? Mary

i saw this show a few weeks back. i just think its a new show they got him to do (some delish recipes too). i bet it doesnt hurt the recovery process for his hernia either.

I was going to say that exact same thing- although on the next Cake Boss (which I tape and watch each week) he's supposed to get the surgery I think?
I love his ideas and the recipies though.. I can't fault that.

I think it is because he is moving his father in laws pizza place around the corner from his bakery and he wants to expand into bringing things into mass market grocery stores. The fact that he needs surgery makes this easier for him too.

He is an A$$----my husband had a meeting with him (DH is in the bakery business) and he rudely kicked my husband out of his house
all while in his gucci slippers.....hate the cake boss

i have made several of his recipes from kitchen boss and they are outstanding. we have entertained and made them - everyone really loved everything.
