So I love my new Dr's office!!
Well, not the THREE HOUR wait (it was insane - they were totally backed up and I was very early because it was my first appt and I thought I'd have a lot of stuff to fill out) ...
but I did LOVE the scale that had be at 3lbs less than my old practice weighed me four weeks ago

Although when I finally got to leave at 8:30, I was starving and stopped at McDonalds for a two cheesbueger meal and a large chocolate shake so ...
