Sounds delish and more like what my Mom says the Irish really eat None of this Americanized corned beef & cabbage for the real Irish folk!

Hey there!!! Irish roots, too? Well, I had big intentions of trying the roasted corn beef/cabbage, potatoes, but today, I just wasn't motivated!! So, Plan B!!!  Mary
