So I was really bad today!
I was running some errands and needed a snack. So I ran into McD's  and was filling up my soda when the guy who had been in front of me also came to fill his cup. He was wearing cologne and immediatly, I recognized it. Dh wears it and I LOVE IT!!! So I casually ask him, "Are you wearing Abercrombie?" He looks at me and smiles and says "yeah". I reply back, "It smells good. Good choice". and grab my straw and go. I felt like I did a good thing by complimenting him, not like a flirt. But I probably came off so bad!

that's what I thought! I was at the gas station a couple of weeks ago and had been having a couple of bad days and was feeling crappy. So I'm sitting in my car and the attendant says to me "you have really pretty eyes!". I needed that!

I'm sure you did make his day! I love when I get a random compliment! It makes me feel on top of the world, mainly because it's so different than getting a compliment from somebody that actually knows you and could just be saying it for the heck of it.
