So Im confused- Stupid question
I got prenatal pills because Im going to start taking them now (Im not pregnant yet). ALL of them said for pregnant people....so Im confused? I though you can take them before hand?

Yup. You can take them beforehand. My doctor recommended it so that I am getting the extra nutrients for a baby to be! Good luck!

It's fine. They are really just multi- vitamins with more of certain nutrients pregnant moms need.
I have been taking them for years- they made my hair and nails grow so nice!
