So it is open enrollment in the DOE and it is impossible to get any information
as to what each policy covers in regards to Fertility treatments. I currently have GHI, but was curious about the other ones as well!
Does anyone have this information? I have called the UFT, Court Street, etc....Now what?

Yes, I checked the websites...but you need a member ID number to find out what the plan covers. I called all of the insurance companies offered. This is a big PITA!

Your HR Rep should have the SPDs that have all the details. They are giant books of information.

Nobody has anything. I have been calling the benefits director at 65 Court and well, she is about as useful as an umbrella in a hurricane. The information posted on the UFT/DOE website is useless.

Can you go one level down?
I know the director for our benefits programs NEVER knows the details, but the managers and associates always have that stuff.
Sorry this is so frustrating for you. 
But the umbrella comment made me laugh!!
