So its booked - White Mountains NH region vacay - any moms have tips?
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE
So we booked our summer vacation in Bartlett NH at the recommendation of some moms on this board. I looked into the area and its seems there is a lot to do. We are going the second week of June and staying at the Suites at Attitash Mountain Village in Bartlett (a close drive to North Conway)
So for the moms who vacation here with small children, what should we do in the area? Any restaurant recommendations?
Thanks!

You have to go to Clarks Trading Post. I have been going there since I was a baby. There is the Hobo Railroad, which is nice to do with little ones. There is much more, but I am having a brain fart at the moment. Have fun. We are going in October.

ITA with the Clarks Trading Post rec. There is also Polar Caves, but some of the caves might be a bit much for a little one, you can do the easy ones and skip others. The Hobo Railroad is fun and so is the Conway Scenic Railroad. In the North Conway area there is a place called the Red Parka Pub that we love, it's family friendly and they sell their homemade BBQ sauce, very yummy. The town of North Conway is very picturesque, lots of stores to browse around in and little places to eat, get ice cream, etc. Also there are so many spots for hiking, plenty of easy trails, beautiful views.
About an hour or so away is the Lakes Region which is a lot of fun too.

I have been going to the Lakes Region since I was born. Not sure how close, but as a kid we always had fun going to Weirs Beach, Funspot (game center), mini golf all over the place, Kellerhaus (for ice cream) and Santa's Village.

We went with my BIL and his family he has 3 kids youngest was probably 2 when we went. They all loved Storyland. We thought it was a fun family amusement park.
Clark Trading post. We didnt do it but a bunch of people told us about hte scenic train rides...
We had a nice time up there. I want to go again maybe next summer!
