So just when I thought it was time to enjoy my last 6 weeks
The last 3 night I have woken up in the middle of the night with severe charly horse in my left calf soooo not cool! They hurt so bad! I han hardly walk today. Anyone else get this???

Having DH rub my calves before bed has just about eliminated them.

yessss and they kill! I'm afraid to stretch in the morning, I also had them even worse with my 1st son, this pregnacny so far only had it happen 1 time. Drink lots of water and I heard pottasium (bananas) are supposed to help

OMGGGG...saturday night! I was in my best friends wedding and I danced my booty off all night
I was woken up by charlie horses in BOTH my legs!! ahhhh it was horrible!! thank God for my husband who woke up and thought quickly and rubbed them for me until the pain went away
they are the worse!!

yes! i had these. my birth class instructor said try to fight it off by flexing your foot and avoid any poinying of the toes. also eat more potassium - yogurt, OJ, and bananas. feel better!
