So, ladies...mission accomplished. I met Jared and Shannon Leto last night.
They were cool.
Shannon was REALLY cool.
Jared seemed to be really busy with something but was nice. Brief, but nice.
Shannon and I talked drums for a minute. Told him I really like his set-up and that Artifact (the documentary about their struggle with the music industry) was intense and inspired me to get back on the drums two days after seeing it (I gave up drumming for awhile when I was on chemo). He said that was incredible. Gave me a big hug!
My friend and I were hooked up with amazing seats to their show...Jared was right in front of us at one point...we were right in the front of the Orchestra section, but behind the pit. Then we talked our way into the pit later in the show because why not try?
I'm on cloud nine right now!!!

They're horrible live. It's hard to get all the pre-recorded studio tracks synchronized live.
I am going to a festival in October; for some reason Chester Bennington will be there, with STP. I don't know which is worse. BEER BREAK.
