So last night we started out parent classes

It really was a lot of fun.
They first made the mommy's draw a picture of ourselves and finish the sentence "Pregnancy makes me feel....."

The Daddy's had to draw a picture of us and finish, "Ever since my wife got pregnant, she...."

Then we all introduced ourselves and showed our drawings.

Then we seperated by gender....
Mommies wrote a list of all our physical symptoms
Daddies wrote descriptions of us emotionally.

That was great because the men wrote a list of about 20 things, including that we were psycho and schizophrenic.

We had a list of about 50 and it made them understand they are not alone and why we are so crazy.

Us mommies felt better that others are experiencing the same and even worse.

We watched a short movie and then learned some stretches and strengthening exercises for the hips and pelvic wall.

Can't wait for next week!

wow - that sounds very cool! i like the list idea - i bet the men were shocked to hear that their wives weren't actually crazy!!

My DH would murder me if I brought him to something like that, but he is a grouch. hehe I think it's great.
