I lurk on most of the boards & don't focus much on screen names unless it's someone that (1) causes drama all of the time (2) I find myself always agreeing with.
If it's a poster that I tend to agree often or I respect their opinion & the way they present themselves, then for the most part, I don't stop liking them. I do wonder what in the post made them react so strongly.
There are threads I won't respond to, don't read or rarely respond because I don't like the poster, but it's not going to be over one post.

I wouldn't intentionally not reply to their threads, but I wouldn't go out of my way to back them up or make jokes with them or anything personal if I didn't like them anymore.

I don't know that I am a regular poster.. but I do know that I have formed 'judgements' relevant to people on here. But usually it's more 'positive'.. like there are posters that I LOVE and then there are the rest. There are very few posters that I 'don't like' - and even then it's not that I dislike them, it's more a matter of avoiding their posts because I feel like some people tend to have a habit of 'overreacting' or of being overly defensive/aggressive in their manners. I tend to stay OUT of the drama if I can.
I think I am under the radar enough that nobody 'likes me' or 'dislikes me' .. and that's peachy by me!

I guess it depends, there aren't to many people I don't like on here
I don't tend to lurk on other boards, but I guess if it was really bad I would ignore them. but at that point i probably would stop reading their threads all together

I think this OFTEN.
BxGell2(Beth), Ophelia (Jess) just to name two off the top of my head. There are a bunch more though. I feel like such a dunce when I post before them and then read what they so eloquently type out.

There are a few members that I find very amiable, that always try to see both sides of an argument. If I see they responded to a thread, I am actually more likely to read it, just to read their spin. Bxgell2 is a good example

I post on a few boards and lurk on a few more. If I like you then I like you on all the boards; I've never seen someone be one way on one board and another way on another board. Of course, everyone has a bad day so if I see snarkiness and I think "wow, that's out of character" I just chalk it up to a one-time thing and know they'll be back to their ol' self soon.
There are a few posters that I'm not a fan of, and yea I'll avoid their threads unless they really need prayers or help with something.

Well you are one of those who should know where she stands in my book!  
But for the most part I know I tend to stick my foot in it sometimes.. I just don't think I do it often enough for people to really think I am an azzhole. I also know I can say things that are nice.. but not often enough to ingratiate myself with many folks. And I think MOST posters are like that - perfectly human enough that you don't sit there going 'WOW this person is unbelievably perfect' or 'God.. please go away."
ETA: For the record I am a complete jerk IRL. Spazzy, nerdy, disorganized, inconsistant and oblivious.

...based on what they post or their posting manner or the types of things they say.
There are plenty of people online that I don't like and I'm sure plenty that don't like me. I just don't respond to their posts. Although I do find they respond to my posts when they have a "know it all answer", but never the supportive type ones

I've seen that before and it does impact my opinion of them if it is prevalent enough. I can't separate someone based on what board they post.
In general if there is a poster whose posts I usually don't like, I don't think I really react to it-I just discount their opinion if they weigh in on something and I post my dissent if appropriate.
I also try to respect the opinion of others even if I don't like what they have to say as long as they say it in a respectful manner. Of course, sometimes that is not possible because what they say is just as terrible. Not many people fall into this.
