So my christmas cards from Kodak are terrible .......
i am so not happy with them. my picture just cant compete with the prof ones.
so we have an appointment for KK next saturday that was the 1st available appointment aaaahhhh 1 week later than i had wanted but at least i got in .
i tryed it on my own and it really isnt up to what i want to send out to people . coudos to all of you who have succesfully done yours by yourself i am soooooo envious
so my trying to save us some money has just turned out to cost us way more

For my birth announcements I used winkflash and the picture came out horrible...you could barely see the boys. IT was not like the picture i sent them...so they refunded me the money when i returned them. Maybe Kodak will do the same???

I'm sorry they didn't come out the way you wanted. Definitly return them. I have returned things to shutterfly and winkflash and have received my money back. I can't see why Kodak would be any different.

I'm sorry they didn't come out the way you wanted. Definitly return them. I have returned things to shutterfly and winkflash and have received my money back. I can't see why Kodak would be any different.
do you think they would though ??? as it is a custom order i didnt think they would

Was it the quality of your picture? Did u scan it into kodak?
Resolution is an important factor.....and if its not at the best, prints will not come out the best.
im sorry they came out bad...I would complain and try to get your money back...its obvious you are not going to be sending those out.

I recently ordered enlargements from Kodak and they were horrible.
I expected a lot better from Kodak.
Then, DH reminded me that the printers are probably being watched over by kids making minimum wage.
The photo sites are working overtime this time of year and they are not calibrating the equipment or checking the ink quality/amount often enough.
I'm sorry I'd definitely contact them.
