So, my doctors scale is broken
Because it says I have only gained 2.5 lbs in the last month, which I promise you is completely impossible.
But, I was happy because I did not get yelled at for gaining too much like I though I would.

I also went today for a checkup and I did not ask how much I gained...nor did they tell me. I don't even want to know...I'll be concerned when they say something to me about it!

Re: So, my doctors scale is broken
My problem is with the nurse...she doesn't know how to read the scale. Its not the kind that has the dial with the numbers. This one you have to move the little weight across until it levels out...you know the really old fashioned kind. I swear the nurse is blind.....she is trying to tell me that in 10 days I gained 8 pounds....there is no way!! I weigh myself at home so I kinda have an idea of how I am doing.

Re: So, my doctors scale is broken
At my doc's office, they weigh me on a differnt scale every time, I wish we could just stay on the same one!! I was doing so good with my weight gain but I know the scale in one of the offices is not zero'd out, so you start 4 lbs heavier and it is always a few pounds off!!

My doctor's office has one of those old scales as well and I honestly don't think it's very accurate. It weighs me in at 5 pounds more than any other scale I weigh myself on. So, even though the amount I've gained is the same (They started me out at 5 pounds heavier than I was), it's frustrating to weigh myself at home and then to go there and be "5 pounds heavier".

Re: So, my doctors scale is broken
This is what I said about my doctor's scale too. Between weeks 7 and 10 their scale had me LOSING 12 pounds. I can assure you that was not the case, but I'll take weight loss anyday
