So, my friends and family call my baby Ed
and that is not going to be his name (my friend Eddie says otherwise, though).
When I found out the sex, I sent around an e-mail, telling people the sex and my baby's EDD. I said, "It's a boy. EDD, late October or early November"
People thought I was naming the baby Edd---people who think they are intelligent, I might add.
So, I sent another e-mail explaining what I meant. Now they all call him baby Edd.
We are not discussing names at all and plan to announce the baby's name after he is born. I guess it's good that we have a nickname for him during the pregnancy. I am still surprised that someone can see, in all caps, the letters EDD and think it's a name!!!!
I thought I would tell you b/c sometimes I forget myself and start to call him Edd in my posts, b/c I do that when I speak to so many people.
